After 17 years of operation, there was a desire for a contemporary relaunch of the visitor tours. The “new-old” red thread builds on the guiding principle “OVER-IN-UNDER” by star architect Steven Holl and translates it into a tangible guest experience. Like the building bodies, the wine also makes its way. The path of the wine, from good soil to heavenly sip, becomes the central core experience. Adult wine lovers as well as beginners meet “Veltlina”, the soul of wine. Little fans of the grape are taken by the hand by Frida Gartenmaus and Fridolin Kellermaus.
