To gradually develop this UNESCO World Heritage Site in the sense of a future-oriented, intensified tourism valorisation, we formed the basis with tourism positioning- and development master plan. In addition to experience-relevant factors, operational and economic as well as conservation requirements had to be taken into account in equal measure. The culturally and historically valuable castles are thus gaining a new regional and touristic significance.
