A sustainable positioning, business and offer development were the focus of this comprehensive feasibility and concept study. In addition to the consolidation of the winter sports structures, a coherent positioning as well as new business areas such as summer tourism, gastronomy and various attractions were developed. The study serves on the one hand for project communication and on the other hand as a methodical guideline for the next implementation steps at the organisational and infrastructure level.
