The private brewery Schönram brewery has been brewing beer with ‘quality without compromise’ for over 240 years and is now in its 8th generation. The aim is to enable tourists and locals to experience this outstanding quality with all their senses in the future. To this end, Erlebnisplan was commissioned to design the integration of the entire brewery site into a coherent world of experience. We were responsible for implementing the welcome centre as the first experience component. This is where guests are welcomed and then have the choice of tasting in the bar and shop area or experiencing the craft directly on a guided tour, where the cornerstones of the brewery’s success become tangible.
