The Rhine Falls, a natural spectacle in a class of its own, attracts around 1.6 million visitors to its banks every year. erlebnisplan was commissioned to develop and launch a comprehensive visitor guidance system for the cantons of Schaffhausen and Zurich at this tourist hotspot. The aim was to create a consistent image throughout the entire visitor journey – from planning the trip to the experience on site. The flexible signage system corresponds with the new web app, which provides information as well as GPS-tracked directions, thus efficiently bringing visitor guidance into the digital age.
