The Rhine Falls, a natural spectacle of the highest order, attracts approximately 1.6 million guests annually to its shores. Erlebnisplan had the privilege of developing and launching a bespoke visitor management system at this tourist hotspot for the cantons of Schaffhausen and Zurich. The goal was to create a uniform appearance throughout the entire visitor journey, from planning the trip to the onsite experience. The flexible signage system corresponds with the new web app, which provides information as well as GPS-tracked directions.
