Philosophy - our credo

Curious. Respectful. Ingenious.

We discover the special in the existing. Every place is worth looking at with curiosity and openness. What unites us as a team is the desire to discover and the fascination for what surrounds us. Our diverse backgrounds and skills enable us to take a holistic view and a differentiated understanding of problems and solutions. This enables us to identify and develop potential for the sustainable design and organisation of spaces.

We create touchpoints that emotionally connect people with places. We believe in the power of fascination and beauty of every place. An invigorating interaction between people and space is always at the heart of our work. We want to create favourite places, a stage for positive experiences and lasting memories – places people want to return to.

We create added value by transforming complexity into solutions. With our holistic thinking, we get to the bottom of challenges and expectations. We mediate between different requirements and individual needs. Together with our clients, we create coherence, mobilise strengths and develop value-added offerings.

Vision - our reason why

We want to share our fascination for this world and make it tangible.

Team – We are erlebnisplan

Barbara Hölschen

Konzeption, Strategie, Organisationsentwicklung

Bringing people together and touching them emotionally is what excites Barbara. Through her connecting, appreciative communication, concepts, strategies, or visions of unique places for shared experiences, exchanges, or learning are created. Her never-ending curiosity, her analytical view of the bigger picture, and her meaningful and sustainable integration and contribution of her expertise from business and culture are now being applied by her in tourism for us. In this context, Barbara loves experimenting with and adapting participatory formats for and with clients. She finds relaxation in planting and harvesting in her allotment garden or on shared tours with her Lagotto Romagnolo, Fiete.

Eleonora Berra

Production

Eleonora, Eli for short, likes to strike direct notes, whether on the bass guitar or whether it’s the matter at hand. As an experimental cook, she doesn’t beat around the bush. With her background as an animation specialist, she knows exactly how to make projects work and how important the right timing is. Determined, creative and competent, she ensures smooth processes in the implementation of film-ready projects in production.

Sebastian Hildebrandt

Assistent

Sebastian, the commuter between the poles. Whether on the slope or off-piste, on long snowboards or a skateboard, whether it’s adrenaline or meditative yoga, opposites magically attract him. As a studied sports tourism expert and destination manager, he loves to think big but equally enjoys delving into the details, where he can occasionally lose himself. In these moments, a good espresso usually helps to refocus on the essence of the bigger picture.

Stephanie Fähnrich

Strategie & Konzeption

Stephanie means art and coordination from a single source. A pronounced penchant for poetic transfiguration and precise formulation skills meet goal-focused, results-optimised assertiveness. She enchants clients and colleagues with her boundless charm, wit and sincere humanity. Experience planning is Stephanie’s destiny, vocation and deepest passion. Another complete location can be built around her – in her case in Cologne.

Matthias Imdorf

Strategy, Conception

Matthias, debater and experiential conceptionist from the very beginning. His insatiable appetite for controversial debate, his razor-sharp eye and his ability to analytically reflect on problems from different altitudes are the hallmarks of his unique approach. Deriving the right as well as uncomfortable questions from this and providing answers to them with narratively high-quality and coherently condensed concepts are per se guarantees of quality.

Sabrina Dattilo

Human Resources & Finance

Sabrina definitely brought the sun from Graubünden to Lucerne and another portion of Italianità to the office. With her cheerful and open disposition, she approaches people directly but unobtrusively and “likes to chat” with them – quite simply the perfect communicator. Stylistically confident, extremely structured and skilful on all channels, she packs the most important information into clear messages to address them to the right target persons.

Pinto Galli

Design, Construction Planning

Pinto not only DJs skillfully in his Bern hood, but also brings creative vibes and energy to the team. Always on the go with his eyes and ears open, he lets himself be inspired by what surrounds him and skilfully incorporates the filtered impressions into his design. Humour is his trademark! Never at a loss to cheer up the office with a surprising joke or to delight passers-by in Bern’s old town as a blond Christmas angel.

Milena Koch

Finances

Milena not only has an excellent nose for good scents but also for numbers and organized structures. Attracted and fascinated by the universe, she brings these strengths to order in the Cosmos experience plan, guiding errant comets to their place with ease. Her preference for humor, especially dark humor, only wanes when someone encroaches on her beloved chips – caution is advised then!

Lea Tschudi

Lea, our multitasker. The passionate sailor has it in her blood to steer projects efficiently and purposefully into safe waters – and she never loses her infectious laugh, even in stormy conditions. As a product and interaction designer, she manages her projects with a keen sense of form, color and function and ensures that ideas go from paper to reality.

Christian Billau

Strategy

With his high level of energy, Christian not only gallops ahead towards the goal, but also motivates, inspires and unites his environment in the sense of achieving this goal. With his extraordinary powers of observation, acumen and broad background of experience, he gets to the heart of problems incredibly quickly and immediately thinks them one step further. An eloquent rhetorician who, with his network, makes Facebook and Linked-In shrink into a village.

Paolo Friz

Conception

Paolo first switches on the espresso machine in front of the computer. Once he has reached operating temperature, he knows how to reduce complex challenges to their essentials and make them easily accessible via a narrative thread. With stylistic confidence and precision, he moves and works his way through worlds of images and words, which he playfully combines to create independent spaces of experience with depth.

Rafael Koller

Illustration

Rafi creates true masterpieces with his little gold hand, when he’s not on the verge of storming the next peak with a light load. Tirelessly and at a dizzying pace, he visualises loose scribbles, cobbled-together situation plans and vague descriptions into ingenious productions of experiences and thinks them through critically. Secretly, we all envy him for this gift, which he refines non-stop – quite simply indispensable!

Fabiana Dondiego

Project Management, Production

Fabiana brings sustainable stability to project and organisational structures with her love of order and adherence to principles, as well as her human and cultural depth. As an experienced surfer between the most diverse attitudes and positions, she masters the most challenging constellations and problems with impressive aplomb. She represents her opinions and attitudes with a combative heart and a great deal of respect and acceptance for other points of view.

Kamiel Vorwerk

Konzeption

Kamiel, our flying Dutchman, may not have wings, but he takes off and soars when it comes to living out creativity. As an experienced experience designer and concept developer, he enthusiastically embarks on a voyage of discovery to develop concrete and innovative solutions in line with customer requirements. Kamiel also likes to spend time at lofty heights, whether sport climbing or hiking. Our flatlander simply could not and cannot resist the call of the mountains.

Patrick Rissi

Project management, Production

Patrick is an experience planner from the bottom of his heart. Nothing is impossible and visions are born to be realised, that is his motto. Brainstorming with him is a pure joy and the most innovative ideas are the result. But ideas never stay on paper, because paper tigers are simply not his thing. With his many years of experience, he always has the right solutions and contacts ready to turn an idea into reality.

Freelancer – our Associates

Andrea Joller

Architecture & Interior Design

Andrea loves speeding down the mountain on a board. She is also quick to assess spaces for their development potential and designs atmospheres with a keen sense of users and operators. The best time to put her ideas on paper is at night, after a long walk with her dog Sugo.

Nicolas Bansac

Projektleiter, Kommunikation

Nicolas, the bilingual communicator, effortlessly switches from French to German and back. Just as easily, he understands how to take on different perspectives in complex planning and coordination tasks, in order to effectively combine client and agency needs in projects. The trained biologist with a flair for technical innovation and digital trends, enjoys raising the sails for relaxation or skillfully shooting the puck into the top corner on ice skates during winter.

Sonja Rogger

Graphic & Web Designer

When she’s not sailing her own sailboat in the bays of Lake Lucerne, Sonja makes waves in print and web design. Confident and storm-tested, she crosses rough waters, designs pictograms and logos, develops design concepts and creates print-ready data. From time to time she plays bass, but now only in a loud closet, but her graphic design skills are absolutely ready for the stage.

Andreas Bergmann

Design, Planung, Projektleitung

Whether indoor or outdoor, object or space, exhibition stand or tourist information, Andreas, with his many years of experience as a product and spatial designer, masters every design interface intended to connect people with places. As a “miner,” his roots are in NRW, but his creative and family home has been the capital city, Berlin, for many years, where he supports us as a key location expert and source of inspiration in addition to his design work.

Christa Häberlin

Christa Häberlin

Tourism consultant

Christa gets ideas to the point and analyses razor-sharp by defining her scope. With her direct manner she visions for feasibility and implements wishes with a sense of reality. Fritz Gillinger

Concept, Text, Storytelling

“The saying about a picture being worth a thousand words may sound good – but: say that without words!” Fritz Gillinger puts Erlebnisplan’s creations into words, condenses avalanches of information into crisp lines and enriches staging concepts with lively stories. What always resonates: Humour. His love of music and his home, the sunny wine town of Langenlois in Austria, are helpful.
