Orchestrated service structure
The Fiss holiday destination knows what the skier's family needs to be offered to make their stay and as comfortable and memorable as possible: a modern ski storage with connection from the parking lot to the valley station. One that not only allows the guests a good deal of comfort when putting on or taking on off their ski attire, but at the same time offers a range of experiences for visitors of all ages.
Through a 40-metre-long underground passage in the Edelweiss storage, five interactive theme worlds convey the history and winter magic of Fiss in an exciting and playful manner. Hidden object picture puzzles with Berta, discovery stations or a mediaeval Fiss fireworks game turn the passage into a journey of experiences.
A multi-seasonal offer
Even outside the winter season, otherwise unused areas are sources of play and offer a coherent experience. The Schönjoch II storage becomes a minigolf course, and an attraction to families, while also serving as an entertaining alternative should the sun, in the otherwise sun-blessed Fiss, not happen to shine. A total of 12 holes have been specifically designed and implemented for Fiss. In addition to the mascot Berta, visitors get to know all the destination’s other highlights in a playful way.
Erlebnisplan created the imaginative pathway sequences of the underground passage as well as designing, planning and implementing the minigolf project together with the Fiss Cable Car company.
